Thanks to everyone who came out to the Andyman’s shows this past weekend. Each crowd was bigger than the night before! It was an amazing event and Megan, along with everyone at Sunken Treasure, were floored by how great everyone was. Thanks again!

Info on Megan Palmer’s New Album, Out in November!
Sunken Treasure Records is proud to announce the second album by Megan Palmer, Take You Away.
Recorded partly in Joshua Tree, CA with Tim Easton and Bingo from the Thriftstore Allstars, and partly in the suburbs of Columbus, OH w/ Eric Metronome. Guests on the record include, but are not limited to, Victoria Williams. This one is a little more songwriter driven than her debut. Jenny Lewis meets Emmylou Harris. I’ve been listening to various mixes of the record since June and it’s more or less the only thing I listen to. I can’t wait for you to hear it! I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people (in a good way, of course!).
The first edition will be a limited run of 500, hand silk screened packaging by Nick of Alison Rose. We’ll be releasing an extreme limited 2-disc version of the album, including extra songs, acoustic versions, and more. The two disc version will be limited to 200 copies (and then it’s off to iTunes land).
Listen to three new songs from the record on Megan’s MySpace page.
